A community wide yard sale is in the brainstorming stage. Suggested timing for the yard sale is spring 2025. Idea brought forward is to utilize Sunrise Park or use park and if you want use your own yard, driveway and garage. If your interested in contributing your thoughts and ideas to this endeavor call 575-336-2125 or respond to blog. This is in the beginning stages and all ideas are welcome.
Per my conversation with my homeowners insurance person there are changes in the works for the future of our home and property insurance in Lincoln County. Our representative sighted the fact that Rancho Ruidoso Valley Estates is exceptional because we have CCRs that continually keep up with tall grasses, weeds and other fuels for fire. So if you're a homeowners or own property and you have not cut your grass and weeds please do for the benefit of the whole neighborhood. The Board is on the look out for violators who have not complied.
