As summer comes to a close and the
school buses again start to roll, take a
moment to reflect on how fortunate
we are having been spared fires and
floods. Sure, we had to evacuate BUT
we have our neighborhood and homes.
So be patient and, most of all, be kind.

The neighborhood is looking good with
most yards mowed, and trash hauled
away. For those who have not mowed
tall grass and weeds, expect a
violation letter.
The board is aware of the slash piles.
Because of the fire and floods and a
change in trash companies, we are
having to negotiate with private
haulers. Please know we are working
on it.
Lastly, and sad to report, vandalism at
Sunrise Park. Someone dunked and
hung from the rim of the little kids’
basketball goal causing it to be off
center and someone defaced the
signage on the pavilion. The board
will repair but please know the park is
surveyed daily.
